CHANGE : Short Blog Series on Leadership Development 

If you don’t like the direction our country is headed, say to yourself what am I doing in the short-term to affect or be involved in the long-term solution. Am I educating myself in the change process-thinking of inclusion rather than exclusion. Am I content with the status-quo and corruption in leadership today or do I value the richness a culturally-diverse marketplace of ideas and innovation brings to the global arena.
