“Where you at?”
We’ve probably overused this phrase a lot when we are meeting up with someone for coffee or a quick Snapchat encounter.
Maybe you are still single like I am and you’re wondering where the f*ck am I on this road most traveled. Because let’s face it. Your destiny may very well be on that least ventured path overgrown with vegetation so thick you’d need a machete to plow through it.
A change of scenery is good at these very private moments when we look in the mirror and think, What the hell? And who is that right behind me?
Like OMIGOD JKMN or JFMN
You either take control over the wheel and allow the Universe to steer your car onwards towards greater expectations ahead. Or you simply take the backseat; letting someone else drive you off that damn Malibu cliff…unless you’re singing karaoke alongside Miley Cyrus.
So go ahead. Just lube up that dildo and take your impotent chances with fucking something different, new, borrowed, stolen, or blue. Much like that celestial body you gaze up at; exploding through zero gravity. Your shared passions should burn so bright as the shooting stars caressing the darkest of nights.
Rolling the Dice between the Sheets of Vice
Forget about your circumstances or your need for approval by your boss, your colleagues, or that meager check you receive bi-weekly or monthly. Why do we seem to waste our precious time aiming to please others for their benefit while we forsake our own Universal destiny nailed to a cross. You are not dead nor are your dreams.
Create a mission statement and a vision profile for yourself as you strategize on your next big opportunity. It may involve a relocation, a transfer within your company even, or it could mean wiping that slate clean and starting afresh all over once again.
But whatever you decide (on your own or with your loved ones) follow your own heart and not the missed opportunities of another. Unless you’re conjoined to them or sleeping with them. Then by all means ask them for some constructive advice and take them along for the ride.
