Sleep on the situation. This will refresh your cognitive ability to formulate a plan, tackle the issue, and resolve it.
Write down the challenge in your journal entry, notepad, or weekly planner and commit to an action step towards reaching that benchmark goal.
Your mind will subconsciously problem-solve any and all viable solutions while your body takes a long needed rest and relaxation.
