COMMUNE WITH THEM
If you can’t be with the ones you love, always know they are just a phone call, text, email, or ‘snail mail’ correspondence away.
If they are in heaven-prayer works much the same way as instant messenger in the spiritual realm.
Believe they will text you back through your dreams, visions, signs, inner voice, intuition, Sacred (Holy) Texts/Scripture, or even the voice of a small child.
WELCOME THEM IN SPIRIT
Light a candle in remembrance of that friend, relative, or loved one and place a picture of them nearby. Maybe even an item or article which they themselves have personally touched or which was significant to them.
HEART-SHAPED FRAME
Keep that still frame best moment you’ve had with them as you pray, chant, or meditate on the legacy they left for you to follow suit and keep hope alive.
TRUST AND BELIEVE
Trust that they will communicate to you in a way which is ‘audible’ to only you and your heart.
