The greatest restraints on our pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness comes from the actions of others. Even our BFFs, life partners, lovers, and family, though well meaning at times, can be that voice in replay telling us the reasons not to do this, that, or the other. Only foolish boys and girls stare at the stars at night wishing upon a dream or fuel an unbridled obsession unseen by the naked reality.
The Wind Howls With Thee…
You may not see the wind nor the oxygen you breathe, however you feel it against your chest and into your lungs. It’s that child like faith which we once were driven by, believing we could achieve anything we wanted or get that girl/guy to kiss us for the first time. This is what we must embrace like that first romantic tryst and set fire to that passion within once again.
