The tragic mass shooting at one of our premiere country music festivals in Las Vegas shows the depravity of man. This senseless violence against our freedoms and our personal security in public spaces can only be prevented if our elected leaders of conscience and great citizens take action.
Our prayers and condolences go out to the vibrant community of Las Vegas and the families of the victims affected by this horrific tragedy.
No one should ever witness or be privy to such evil in a free society; here in the States or around the world. We must all work together for a solution to this problem of the heart and soul of America and our allies abroad.
As a democracy we have something other countries don’t have; a Constitution, Bill of Rights, and free elections. We also, as citizens, have a right to defend ourselves from not just a tyrannical government, but people who seek to do us harm. We must do what we can to keep guns out of the hands of lunatics while keeping this vital right to bare arms.
