If you don’t like what you see in the world around you. Obtain an education; not just in school, college, or university but in the workplace of ideas, interaction, and communication of shared experiences.
I have a Master of Arts degree however everyday I learn something new. I convey this important message to all the younger scholars and/or global thinkers out there who are disillusioned by our current process.
I participated in a Study Aboard program in Tuebingen, Germany 🇩🇪. I traveled around Europe during my year long stay there. I also had the honor of visiting the Philippines 🇵🇭.
We may still be the country that everyone looks up to however we can strive to be better Americans and be more inclusive of our fellow global citizens.
It seems like light years since I had the privilege of walking down dirt and cobblestone streets, through island provinces and country villages, and speaking with students and villagers with the same shared interests for humanity and compassion for others.
We need to get back to the basics. Our national backbone is dependent on the strength and resolve of our fellow world community. Only if we come together and share openly our ideas for partnership and cooperation will we become the people God destined us to be.
We are better than this. We are better than the dirt we were made from and which we walk upon. We are created beings of shared ideas; life-giving energy from a Universe of endless possibilities.
Why on earth should we settle for less than our ultimate best. We are better than the dung left behind by the beasts around us. We are capable of greatness but only if we burn the hate within and ignite the fire of our passion to thrive as we teach others to love one another; no matter politics, religion, creed, sex, orientation, or economics.
Together we can achieve greatness, together we can change the world. But it starts with you, as you light that fire 🔥 within and watch it spread all around you.
