Our developing body, expanding mind, and eternal spirit are all influenced and conditioned by the choices we make or don’t make (which is still a choice).
We are the product of our own free-will desires in reaching for more or stewing in a pot of simmering complacency out of practicality.
Run as though your whole body was set aflame and dive in deep. Or as my one professor would say to our class, “Maybe it’s time some of you stuck your finger in a light socket.” I guess the sunglasses 😎 in class gave a clue.
