Speak with the intent; not to overpower or outspeak, rather to state your worldview and/or belief on the topic or concern on hand. Then to provide an opportunity for inclusion rather than exclusion. Winning in any relationship; professional or personal, must create bridges of understanding and awareness of each others needs, desires, and priorities. Building walls along the borders of our hearts prevents the migration of love to travel from our soul to the outer reaches of our sphere of influence.
