Often it’s the simple things in life which we overlook for the bigger picture. We end up neglecting our relationship due to work obligations, we don’t spend time with our family due to busyness, we forget to make that phone call to a loved one, we forget their anniversary or birthday, we never send off that card or correspondence to show we care, and yes, we even neglect that intimacy we once had with our life partner, spouse, and lover.
The spark which once lit our fire of passion is now in smoldering embers; dark and crispy at its core. The inner glow a faint reminder of a love dying.
A revival must begin again from the heart and soul of both parties involved. There is hope in the afterglow and an opportunity to rekindle what once was lost but found again in the universal power of love.
