Our heartfelt prayers go out to the citizens of Mexico City as they deal with this horrific and unwarranted natural catastrophe.  

We know that through the determined spirit of our friends and partners this season soon will pass and the country will become stronger still.  

This is not the time for politics or sparring over borders, immigration, or social policies; rather a chance to work together as one bilateral trade bloc after we assist in their rebuilding and recovery efforts.
